Pros
The company is well positioned for ongoing success and has a rock solid business model and product mix. Most of the people are dedicated and great to work with. Most of the C-level executives are approachable, highly competent, accountable, really care about employees and are dedicated to making this a great place to work.
Cons
Newer management during this high-growth phase can be uninspiring. Big talk about strategy and high level goals is great, but without appropriate resourcing or a real willingness to listen and understand what it takes to implement things is resulting in frustration for many. There are a lot of execs landing at Equinix from the same few former employers, which can lead to some clubby behavior.
