Pros

Great place to learn and grow, supportive team and cross functional teams Competitive benefits and perks Lots of great team building events Fun people, great culture and great focus on diversity and inclusion Lots of opportunities to grow Supports employees during COVID-19 pandemic and make them feel that they matter and belong

Cons

None to share so far. It's definitely a fast pace work environment, but with the great support provided from the direct team and management we can overcome the obstacles

Great people in various internal roles.

Cons

CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
