Good stock, aligned with the market rate. Amazing teams' of friendly co-workers.
Cons
Low salary, not competitive at all with the Swedish market and as a result people leave.(The entire team which I am part of, get recycled every 2 years) No work life balance. Magic of Equinix culture is an empty promise. Lots of people talk about it but unfortunately many don't walk the talk particularly in middle management.Leadership thinks they have a great culture but it is an insiders club for them only.Poor management and some people resistant to change. High performers are constantly punished with more work and no rewards. The biggest disadvantage you can have in this company is to be a high-performing middle-level employee. You will never move up, but only burn out.
