      - Equinix focused on making sure every single person had what they needed to stay healthy and sane during the pandemic. - A friendly work culture that focuses on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the myriad ways that can be relevant. - Curiosity and kindness are rewarded, as are hard work and ambition. - The company is a market leader and consistently profitable, which lends to an optimistic atmosphere.

      Cons

      - Internal politics exist like anywhere. - Sometimes the company can be too conservative in its ambitions. - The strategy and work culture is sometimes too strongly defined by US Silicon Valley culture -Middle management could be more communicative and transparent

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
