      Company stock is performing well Breakfast is provided daily in HQ Compensation is competitive for the industry and region

      Cons

      A lot of the hiring is based on cronyism and nepotism, which demotivates existing employees Execs always say they have an open door policy, but they don't practice what they preach A lot of dysfunction in general with various teams, all about impressions vs the actual work product

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.
