      Pros

      Solid/stable company with a growing future. Competitive pay/benefits. Lots of training classes and things to learn, not boring. I've been in this industry for 15 years and this is the best company that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      The only cons that I could think of are going to be the same at any company you could work for. You might not always get along and mesh well with every single person in the company but that is to be expected anywhere here on planet Earth. People love to complain in this (cons) section but Equinix really is a great company.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Cons

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
