The industry has great secular trends and it's growing fast organically and through acquisitions. Very well positioned to continue growing hand in hand with Cloud and Enterprise customers.
Cons
A lot of overlapping between functions and departments creating gray areas and conflicts. Not a very well structured onboarding plan to ensure new employees are successful.

As Equinix grows, protecting the entrepreneurial spirit of our culture while also incorporating more structured elements like an on-boarding plan for new employees are two very important initiatives that are on the road map for both 2016 and beyond.
CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION!
They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates.
Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting!
The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years.
No work life balance.
Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space.
Morale is lower than ever!
