      Pros

      Small enough to be able to get things done. Market leader. A decent product and once you had customers they were generally there to stay.

      Cons

      - growing pains - global integration not quite there - portal for customers is a dog - too many sales people given the market size - not mac friendly in general

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      The reviews citing toxic behavior are accurate. Titles protect position. Fear has become normalized. Leadership within the CRO organization is highly politicized, unhealthy and unsafe.
