Pros
Equipment Depot strikes a very good balance between Customer needs, Employee requirements, and Company goals. Equipment Depot Offers Bonuses, PTO, and on the job training. Growth potential is astronomical right now in Southern California with a new facility to being opened shortly in Fontana with a third location in the works for the San Diego Area. A very fun environment to work in with friendly Co-Workers.
Cons
As with all service industries, the search for quality candidates can be hard. Would love to see more individuals, but this seams to be an issue nationwide and not just locally.
