Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent retirement package and health benefits. Good vacation time and holidays. Newly remodeled office is clean and comfortable. Company is financially strong.
Cons
New president is too young and the wrong personality type for the position. Too much nepotism; friends of the new management team are hired and inserted into positions where they know little. Many divisions are understaffed and can’t keep up yet management refuses to see it or acknowledge it. Older employees have retired or were let go in a large layoff over a year ago. Kids out of college have replaced them. Consequently, the Company lost much of its experience and wisdom.
