Very Disappointed - Anonymous employee Equipment & Controls Employee Review

As others before have stated. There's a new owner that is young and inexperienced in that position. He has brought in new younger management that have no respect for the long term employees that have made that company the strong company it is today. It has changed from an employee friendly company to a company that the employees fear for their jobs every day. If you are not part of the "in" group watch your back. The money saved getting rid of people was spent on a quarter million dollar gym for the owner and young managers to use. Sad.
