The "good old boys " mentality, management doesn't take covid serious, no room for growth, minimal training if any provided, no accountability for managers, blacklist if outspoken, pay is very minimal compared to competitors in market, every decision is made to boost retirement accounts of those ready to leave within 5 years, management delegates every task to person below them, forced overtime without pay or termination.

Benefits are good. The team is good for the most part. Work/Life balance is good.

Cons

Pay is mediocre. Work is repetitive, not much too learn after awhile. Not much upward mobility. Project managers struggle to get things right. Upper management doesn’t care to hear what the workers have to say or think which leads to operations failures.
