Pros

ECI is a great company- I have worked at 3 other companies and can assure you the fundamentals are sound! They truly care about their employees and got alot of things right during the pandemic. They kept almost all their employees even though the work was really slow, and they balanced safety of employees and need to get the work done well- not everyone could work from home. The company has a strong focus on customer and it can be tough sometimes to always "win" with tough demanding customers, but good performers are rewarded over time! The other culture part I really appreciate is the Teamwork. Even the negative reviews on glass door talk about the positive aspect of the people at ECI. It's still a good team environment. Employees care about customers and employees care for each other. ECI continues to invest in employees and facilities and growth

Cons

There's always room for improvement.. My hope is the company continues to enhance their benefits plan. It's fair pay, and low cost share on benefits but would like to see improved Paid Time off benefits... All the fringe benefits- focus on safety, health and wellness are good too. Management should also give top performers opportunities and special projects to showcase their talent and value to the company. We want to get noticed.

Lots of great things happening at ECI - a growing organization with a people -focused culture.

Cons

Growing pains happen, but they do their best to acknowledge their people and make things right.

Pros

Benefits are good. The team is good for the most part. Work/Life balance is good.

Cons

Pay is mediocre. Work is repetitive, not much too learn after awhile. Not much upward mobility. Project managers struggle to get things right. Upper management doesn’t care to hear what the workers have to say or think which leads to operations failures.
