      poor management, operations vs sales, not enough input from the property level, poor hourly wages, changes made in bonus(s), and commissions without proper notice, more work less pay

      Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

      Cons

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
