      Met some real nice people at the property level. Some great employees. Some very nice peers

      Cons

      Corporate mentality all by the numbers. Some upper level manager do not care about their employees only the budge.t. Do not see the entire picture

      Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

      Cons

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
