      Pros

      Beautiful properties, good working relationship with upper management, ample training opportunities

      Cons

      Unreasonable workload in reference to reporting. Not much time to do actual managing of our communities. Pay scale fair, but incentives and benefits for accomplishment have been slashed. Insurance options are too expensive with huge deductibles.

      Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

      Cons

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
