Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We do apologize if you have experienced management that has not been beneficial to the culture or your particular department. We always strive to have a work environment that is both fair and effective to everyone. We know we can always improve our processes and procedures, especially with training and directo to our managers. Specifically we are working on performance reviews and L&D training to combat these particular issues so we will share this information to both departments.
