Pros

Whether you work in the corporate or regional offices, communities, or campgrounds, the people are the best part about this company. Also, there are so many different career paths the company offers. Every day presents a new set of challenges and no day is the same. It is a truly fun, unique and exciting industry to be in. Outdoor hospitality and MH communities will continue to grow in popularity and profitability for years to come.

Cons

The company's culture is fast moving and some departments wear many hats, so be ready to be super busy and take on a heavier workload than other companies. This doesn't apply to all departments and positions though.

Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

Cons

Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
