ELS is the type of company that empowers all employees no matter what position you hold. I have found my position to both be challenging and rewarding. We have fantastic support from direct supervisors, peers and corporate staff. With a company as large as we are you have the ability to grow and move to other regions should you decide to.

Cons

Because we are nationwide it is tough for the company to find good medical plans to meet the needs of employees with families.
