I feel the number of Mgmnt. changeovers in the last 3 or 4 years has created various issues with the community.
Sometimes, I Didn't feel fully
recognized by mgmnt or my supervisor for some of the work I did,outside of my regular housekeeping duties,without being asked/instructed to do so or for ideas or suggestions. No coordination/cooperation for "TEAM" projects.
(no I or U in "TEAM"...= at least 2).
Communication line has a gap.
