Pros

ELS has made drastic improvements to the company culture here. The home offices have improved support to the property level in every aspect. The focus is on the teams and the customers now. On boarding and training is a major focus. Team members are encouraged to take ownership and innovate in regards improving the customer experience. The culture is bottom up now as opposed to top down. Learning and development has done a great job implementing these cultural changes. Now is the time to be with ELS! - All employees receive a free membership to Thousand Trails for quality time off with family.

Cons

Compensation is on the lower end of the median.

We are so happy to hear that you have seen the changes that we are implementing, as we know there are a lot of teams/departments here that are working hard to improve upon our procedures and processes every single day. Our people and culture are extremely important to us! We want them to be able to voice their opinions and also own their piece of els so we can all grow and innovate together. Our L&D team will be ecstatic to hear this feedback as they have been working on a ton of new projects to ensure our changes are being implemented at all levels. We will continue to put focus on property level, as we know that they work extremely hard to provide wonderful customer service a great atmosphere for all of our residents and campers. Pros

Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

Cons

Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
