Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is clear you have a lot of passion for ELS and care deeply about your job. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced frustration as this is certainly not the employee experience to which we strive. Our Property Operations teams are at the core of our business and we continue to focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness by further eliminating redundant work and automating and streamlining processes. Over the past year, we have put many programs in place to improve support for our field team members including an expanded service recognition program, enhanced on-boarding and training programs for Property and Regional Managers, an updated electronic application and new hire paperwork process, and tablet launches to ease guest registration at our campsites.
While we certainly made many strides in 2017, we know we are not done evolving; 2018 is shaping up to be rich in resources and improvements.
