ELS is definitely moving in the right direction. They are a company that cares about their employees, their employee's families and the work life balance. There is a lot of work to do and we all work hard to accomplish it but they strive to offer some balance. ELS wants to hear from their employees and does their best to make the jobs of the employees in each role as efficient as possible. Processes are becoming more streamlined, L&D has vastly improved and ELS is investing in developing their leaders. Overall, ELS has its imperfections but it's a quality place to work.
