Thank you for taking the time to review ELS. We took the 2015 survey you mentioned very seriously and as a result, we have improved our Learning and Development programs with a focus on career development opportunities. We have also provided residents with property, regional and corporate contact information so they can better communicate with us, and we staffed our regional offices with human resource business partners where they are closer to our property operations team members. The employee engagement survey results from 2015 were published and sent out a few months after completion. We are sorry you did not have a chance to review this document.
