      Pros

      No Pro's - IT and HR were overworked

      Cons

      VERY LONG HOURS and HIGH attrition. I was sick while working and they didn't care one bit. People cursing at HR and them not doing anything to fix the toxic environment. HR Dept has people walking off every month (this is a fact - 7 this year already!) Please save yourself wasted time and energy. This place grew too quickly for its own britches. Insurance was terrible for a big company also.

      Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

      Cons

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
