Pros
Sick, personal and vacation time is generous.
Cons
No support from upper management for field employees. Very difficult to reach anyone with questions. Projects and other issues stall in corporate and property staff get the blame. Training is non existent. Collection practices are outdated and pose a real safety risk for those who are required to do that task. Budgets get slashed so proper maintenance is not done. Rents and profits go up, but it doesn’t trickle down to the parks or employees.
