      Pros

      Good 401 K, vacation, sick time, personal days. Good middle management.

      Cons

      Too many to mention them all. Systems are very difficult, never enough staff at all levels, spend plenty of time discussing customer service but budgets and staffing don't allow it.

      Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

      Cons

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
