useless health care plan, low wages, raises are rare and raise percentages are tiny, all decisions are made top down - without consulting those who actually do the work on the ground level, innovation is not rewarded but punished, communication between departments or co-workers in other locations is discouraged, great customer service is expected but not enough staff to fully provide such service
