As with any large organization, sometimes processes can take longer than anticipated

Good team culture, people work well together and pick each other up when things get busy or stressful. Great leadership as well, they are flexible with you and work with you.

Pay is not the greatest. Raises are basic at 2.5%. Also, health insurance is subpar.
