      Flexibility with hybrid days/work from home days. The people are great to work with and the team dynamics are good.

      Cons

      The company does not value employees enough to pay them a livable wage. Under paid and over worked. Preaches “company culture” but rarely does anything to change it.

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
