      Pros

      I like working for ELS because the company is willing to give you all the resources for you to succeed. Everyone is nice. I could see myself here for a while..

      Cons

      Having to work weekends. It takes a toll on you at times. Not having family times and using your PTO for that is probably the only thing I disagree with.
