Hated working at this specific location - Cafe Clerk Erewhon Employee Review

The management weren't very nice and people I work with. 99% of the workers are Spanish speakers so I was always out of the loop and left out about new changes. I was always blamed by cooks for mistakes I didn't make because I was the only Asian person who is fairly new. Co workers weren't nice at all and wouldn't share things with me in order to have a smooth work flow. The management team are unfriendly and fake. I was given more write ups compare to other people.pretty much the management team have this click group with the workers.
