Pros
The vacation policy and Health benefits are pretty good. In addition to vacation days, you also get Personal Business days, Kin Care days, and even a Volunteer day.
Cons
Some of the management decisions are questionable. Often it doesn't seem like the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. They spent months and untold millions of dollars to turn a building with perfectly acceptable offices in the Piscataway complex into one with open seating in order to ostensibly consolidate its real estate footprint, but then ended up laying off a huge chunk of the staff before even moving them in.
