Pros
Good company to start if you don’t have any experience. You can get some trainings from the company, but mostly from the fishy skills development company without official certification, since company trying to cut expenses on trainings as well.
Cons
Poor management and decisions. salaries lower than on market (on some roles twice as low). additional responsibilities could be added to employees without any compensation, role, job description revisions (they call it opportunity for a personal development). Since overtime almost never allowed, you had to fit 10 hours workload into 8 hours workday.
