Ericsson Eesti AS -Leadership team does not care about employee benefits -Growth, promotions and opportunities only meant those who are close to leadership team and linguistic bros - Not a stable company to work with/ You come to office only to find that a particular person has been fired or laid off -Line Managers are micromanagers just want to keep their ego above all - Leadership team full of actors/They dont care if lower level employee is paid well or not/ Highly incompetent people in such critical roles -No promotions/No major salary increase can be expected/Leadership team is all about powerpoints but no action - Do not join Ericsson Estonia if you want growth
