      Working for Erie County gave me the opportunity to advance in my career with the county government and retain all my benefits and seniority. The Health Insurance benefits were OUTSTANDING!!!

      Although everyone received yearly evaluations, everyone received raises based on what the union voted on, not their quality of work.
