4 ten hour days and 3 day weekends.

Cons

Okay if your going to require people to leave the grounds to smoke then allow them to leave at break time as well.

Stock is doing well, so that is a plus

Cons

The people and place are like stepping in time, the minute you walk in the door you are hit with an old crusty, musty smell. Facility looks like an episode of Locked Up Abroad was filmed there.
