Pros

Better than making minimum wage, good benefits, employee discount and chances for philanthropy were always available. Sometimes got to piggyback sales perks

Cons

They move heaven and earth for sales... Do not give a crap about Care. The care department does ALL the heavy lifting, while sales just does whatever they want.
