* The workplace was a constant storm of disorganization, leaving me unprepared and overwhelmed every single day. * Tasks changed without warning, with priorities flipped on a whim and "urgent" requests tossed in at the last second. * Hours of hard work were repeatedly wasted because expectations were constantly rewritten midway through projects. * When deadlines were inevitably missed due to the chaos above, the blame was dumped on me instead of where it belonged. * The sheer incompetence at the top was maddening, creating an environment that crushed morale and left me mentally drained.
