On the plus side, I’m given a good amount of autonomy, and the technical work is interesting. I’ve had the chance to learn various systems and network configurations, which helps me grow professionally. I get health and dental insurance, good compensation and bonuses. Also, there’s a lot of transparency around performance reviews and long-term career opportunities.

Cons

Having independence means less support or mentorship in some cases.
