Despite being essentially a tech company, company leadership does not manage it like a tech company or value modern tech practices as much as they should. Salary is not high enough to attract or keep top-tier tech workers. Investments in subpar technnologies have made it a chore to work on some projects. Many of the perks of working at great tech companies such as flexible hours, high pay, nice campus, etc. are not present here. Company-wide meetings are at 8AM on fridays once a month or so and you are expected to be there (not a big deal but also pretty annoying because there isn't really room for everyone)
If you're considering working here, it is a decent job that you probably won't hate, but if you're even a little ambitious you will probably be thinking about where to move on to in 6 months.
