6yWe do have great HR and we do try to give back to the community whenever possible... mentor ship program and local schools.. matching charitable contributions.. Support for First Scholars and time off for employees to pursue their charitable passions. Back in 2015 is when we made the move to be a UCaaS company and move into the recurring revenue space. I guess this former employee did not believe in that change. As a company you move forward and adjust or you run the risk of being past by.
As stated before if any employee does not agree with the direction of the company they work for then they should pursue opportunities elsewhere. I know I went through that in the past. When I did not agree with the direction of one of my former employers I made sure to express my opinions and to fully understand the companies direction before ultimately deciding to pursue another opportunity.
If you do not believe in the company you work for then you will not ultimately be happy and that is not a good way to spend your time. I hope you found what you were looking for.
Thank you,
George
