Pros
Was good at initial days, good perks, now all talented people have left. Either they were not rightly managed or layed off. They might give you a good hike - don't fall for that. They'll offer shares - don't even consider that - company economics might look good on paper but is all flawed. Company will never be able to go IPO with current leadership - even founders know this.
Cons
Let me start with CTO, who asked us to post a review - 0 technical knowledge, all he cares about is end goal, if I was suppose to hire him, would not even keep him as a PM, and Ethos has made him CTO. All talented people left/thrown due to politics. All good leaders have already left. Few are left, I feel sad for them. Waste people in management have been hired. ---> Just one recommendation to anyone joining, ping someone on Linkedin and ask for a feedback - irrespective of ex-employees or current employees.
