Business Outlook
Pros
A great company culture. Work life balance. Continuous learning. Annually adjust pay to at least reflect what's on the market. This does not affect your annual review. They're fare and it's such a great company to work for. Love their mission to keep commerce human.
Cons
Annual Reviews are limiting but reasonable. Have to switch roles, teams or leave the company to get a higher pay raise. This is limiting some talents that learn quick and deserve a great pay raise. But they're working to fix this. So aim high if you join so you're satisfied.
