No overtime to compensate economic price rising.

Work from home is great with a family but this isn’t being offered anymore so…..

This company does NOT care about you as a person or what you can bring to the company as far as experience or knowledge. They way to pay the least amount possible. I have worked and improved dramatically and I haven’t seen a pay bump or promotion in 4 years. I have only ever called in to work for family in the hospital, or being violently ill and yet I have been written up for call ins. There was even a time I gave more than a months notice I would be out for a necessary appointment but because other people had PTO that day, I got written up as well. The work load is crazy but because you are salary, you are expected to just log crazy hours because you’re expected to get the work done. Management pits you against your co workers for promotions. It’s understaffed and way overworked.
