Pros
-your coworkers are great and really nice -the PSS locations are very modern and high-tech. I genuinely feel bad for those working on site in Lancaster -good entry-level job for recent grads Put in the work to show management you can do the work and have commitment.
Cons
-bad pay. Egregiously low compared to what the company's scientists get paid -no sick days -hard to move up when your manager is across the country/not on site -irrelevant online trainings from the Host site -ask too much for little reward If you're going to pay your scientists less than $20/hour, don't expect them to do more than they can. Middle management cares only for status quo.
