Pros
Can’t say much, it’s just like any other corporate job where only the numbers and volume matter.
Cons
Mandatory overtime everyday at Eurofins Microbiology. I was hired for certain amount of hours and was told at my initial interview we would rarely stay past 9pm but in reality we would leave at 11pm-1am. Because of this there is a high turnover rate so they constantly understaffed. They won’t hire the amount of people needed to get the job done any ways. If you have a bachelors you’ll be paid the same as some one right out of high school.
