Pros
They share their products with the employees. HR has implemented some nice programs to attract and retain employees. They finally put in a 401k employer match.
Cons
The company is owned by a European company who doesn't understand the US way of doing business. Senior leadership needs to trust their employees more. They hire them for their skills and experience however, don't trust the expertise they bring to the table.
