My experience at this company has been characterized by an increasingly unsustainable workload that is systematically eroding employee well-being. I am currently witnessing a culture where aggressive, often unattainable quotas are the standard, effectively mandating nights and weekends to keep pace with operational demands. The internal environment is defined by chronic misalignment; despite the company’s focus on automation, the reality is a lack of clear, consistent processes that forces us to constantly perform manual, redundant work. This not only makes consistent workflows impossible but also leaves many of us on the edge of burnout. The most concerning aspect of the company, however, is the complete disregard for the people who build it. The leadership’s workforce strategy is shrouded in a lack of transparency that creates a climate of perpetual instability, where even high-performing team members are treated as disposable assets. It is deeply demoralizing to see dedicated, North American-based colleagues pushed aside in favor of outsourcing, a move that signals clearly where the company’s priorities lie. By continuing to prioritize rapid, volatile growth over the stability and quality of life of the people on the ground, the organization is creating a high-turnover environment that ultimately undermines the very success it claims to pursue. Silence regarding these practices only allows the cycle to continue, and I believe it is necessary to speak honestly about the reality of working here.
