Pros
- Amazing team to work with, despite being a fully remote team, people are always super willing to pair up and help tackle a problem - Everyone has a voice and given room to grow and tackle problems and technologies that matter to them - As a startup, there are few layers of bureaucracy so communication from upper management to individual contributors is communicated quickly and very responsive to feedback and suggestions - Compensation is also generous
Cons
- Projects and technology moves a little too fast sometimes, causing tech debt to accumulate - Workload on projects can get hectic as deadlines approach - Still some growing pains as the company transitions away from a "traditional" start-up to a more established company, requiring processes to be better established.
